Click it did when Christofi bought his small house two years ago in the village of North Reading, known locally as "Pudding Point" in honor of the house's original owner, who was said to walk to the local tavern daily for a serving of that New England delicacy, hasty pudding. A developer had already bought the house and had done a bit of rehab when Mark came along. After two years of house hunting, he knew potential when he saw it. "It was easy to take it from there," he says. "I loved its period, the cozy size of the rooms, the fact that some :good features were still there."  read more >
